You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
This applies to all products, including sale items and underwear.

How do I return an item?

Returns are arranged through our online return portal.

Download your return label and drop off the parcel at the indicated carrier location.

Can I exchange a product?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after returning the original.
