ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

–All FLÁYR orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

– We currently ship across the EU and selected international regions.

How long until my order is dispatched?

– Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Can I change something after placing my order?

– No, once your order is placed, we can’t adjust it (size, items, or shipping method).

Can I make changes after my order has been fulfilled?

– No, but if you made a mistake, email us ASAP at info@flayrclo.com and we’ll do our best.

Are items in my cart reserved?

– No. Items are only reserved once checkout is completed.

Can I change the shipping method after ordering?

– Unfortunately not. The chosen method is final once your order is confirmed. 

Can you combine multiple orders?

– No. Each order is packed and shipped individually.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

– You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

PRODUCTS

How do I find the right size?

– Each product page includes a size guide and fit notes.

– Still unsure? DM us on Instagram for help.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

– Some drops are limited and won’t return.

– If restocking is planned, you’ll see a “notify me” option on the product page.

Can I pre-order FLÁYR items?

– Only if explicitly stated. If it’s on the site and available, it’s in stock.


 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

– You can return any item within 14 days of receipt.

– Items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging.

– This includes sale items and underwear.
